GREEN1ST CYCLE

What is our proposal to the problem of plastic bottles?

CORN AS RAW MATERIAL

The process begins by extracting the starch (glucose) from the corn and then transforming it into lactic acid molecules. Then, it is transformed into PLA Pellets and they are ready to be used as raw material for the manufacture of Green1st bottles.

PRODUCTION

Once the raw material is obtained in the form of pellets, the preforms are generated (small PLA tubes) which are blown to obtain our bottles, which are printed with our brand directly on the bottle with vegetable inks.

PURE WATER AND COMPOSTABLE CAP

Once finished, our bottle is ready to be filled with the best water. Three reverse osmosis and ultraviolet filtering processes to finish with our exclusive and unique compostable lid.

DISPOSAL WITH MULTIPLE OPTIONS

Finally, once the water is consumed, you have many options unlike conventional bottles. You can compost it, throw it away with your organic waste, incinerate it, reuse it or recycle it.

60% LESS CARBON FOOTPRINT

PLA bottles release 60% less greenhouse gas emissions during production.

PET Plastic Free

They are BPA free and their degradation takes between 12 and 24 months in a homemade compost and only 6 months in industrial facilities.

Ultrapurified water

We carry out three reverse osmosis and ultraviolet filtration processes to deliver the best ultra purified, sodium-free water.

#NOMOREPLASTIC

Why did we decide to make this bottle?

800 OF EVERY 1,000 PLASTIC BOTTLES END IN THE SEA
269000 tons of plastics float in the oceans
900 OF EACH 1,000 PLASTIC BOTTLES ARE NOT RECYCLED
100000 MARINE SPECIES DIE PER YEAR FROM POLLUTION
